- You will receive notification with tracking when your kit ships, typically within 24-48 hours
- Upon receipt of your letters/materials, we will assess everything and provide a Good Faith Estimate for the entire project
- Deposit will be applied toward your Final Project Total
- Deposit is 75% Refundable should you decide not to proceed, and your materials will be returned, tracked and insured.
- Deposit is Non-Refundable once production has begun.
- If you have files or photos to upload to us, we will provide you with a link to do so. We cannot accept more than 1 item via email.
ALL CUSTOM/VINTAGE LETTER BOOKS INCLUDE:
- Your choice of six colors for the hardcover with coordinating foil for the print
- Two lines of foil print on the cover in choice of font styles
- Title of the book on the spine
- Custom Title page with photo
- Supervision and oversight of your project by the owners
- Kit and prepaid label to send us your letters via USPS Ground, tracked and insured*
- Opening of your letters if they are in envelopes or binders
- Staple removal, fold back dog ears & creases, simple repairs as needed
- Two envelopes, preferably one at the beginning and one at the end, to establish the characters and story arc: who, when, where.
- PDF copy of your file, delivered electronically via secure link.
*A note about kits: They take time to get to you and back, therefore, if we are working with a deadline under four weeks, we may need to skip the kit and just have you ship your materials. We can still provide you with a prepaid USPS label to use.
